Orange sorbet ice cream

Ingredients
- 250 gr sugar
- 250 ml water
- 400 ml fresh orange juice
- 1 lime
- 100 ml white wine
- 90 ml Cointreau or Grand Marnier
- 8 leaves of mint

How to prepare
Boil the water with the sugar and let it reduce slightly
Squeeze the lime and oranges
Add the juice of the lime, the oranges, the white wine and the Cointreau to the sugar water
Let shortly boil until the alcohol has evaporated
Add the finely chopped mint and let steep for 14 minutes
Strain through a sieve, let cool down and prepare in an ice maker
No ice-maker? Pour the mixture into a container and put in the freezer. Stir well regularly.
