Who doesn’t like to start the day with a fresh glass of orange juice or have with lunch? But there is more to it than that. Fresh citrus juice forms the perfect base for a refreshing drink. Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 200 ml fresh orange juice
  • 125 grams fresh or frozen fruits

How to prepare

Squeeze fresh oranges and pour in a large jug or blender. Add fresh or frozen pieces of fruits and shortly mix with a stick mixer or in the blender.

Buttermilk and orange juice

Ingredients
  • 125 ml Fresh orange juice
  • 125 ml Buttermilk

How to prepare

Just combine buttermilk and orange juice to your liking. For a tempting presentation slowly add buttermilk to the fresh orange juice or vice versa. Present in a high glass. Stir shortly and enjoy!

Refreshing orange and lemon lemonade

Ingredients
  • 2 lemons 
  • 3 oranges 
  • 1,8 l water 
  • Ice cubes or sliced ice
  • Optionally add 5 drops of lemon or orange oil
Preparation time

How to prepare

Press the oranges and lemons
Pour the juice in a lemonade jug
Add water and ice 
Optionally add 5 drops of lemon and orange oil 
Stir
Cool in the fridge for 30 minutes

Yoghurt and orange juice

Ingredients
  • 125 ml Fresh orange juice
  • Half a glass of yoghurt (skimmed or full fat, Greek, Turkish, French as you prefer)

How to prepare

Slowly add the fresh orange juice to your yoghurt. Present in a transparent glass. Shortly stir and enjoy!

Orange sorbet ice cream

Ingredients
  • 250 gr sugar 
  • 250 ml water 
  • 400 ml fresh orange juice
  • 1 lime 
  • 100 ml white wine 
  • 90 ml Cointreau or Grand Marnier 
  • 8 leaves of mint
Preparation time
5-10 min

How to prepare

Boil the water with the sugar and let it reduce slightly
Squeeze the lime and oranges
Add the juice of the lime, the oranges, the white wine and the Cointreau to the sugar water 
Let shortly boil until the alcohol has evaporated 
Add the finely chopped mint and let steep for 14 minutes
Strain through a sieve, let cool down and prepare in an ice maker 

No ice-maker? Pour the mixture into a container and put in the freezer. Stir well regularly.

Mimosa cocktail

Ingredients
  • 50 ml cold orange juice, freshly pressed
  • 50 ml chilled Champagne, Prosecco or Cava
  • 1 tea spoon of Cointreau
  • Cold champagne glass
  • Slice of orange

Ingredients
  • 1 espresso (40 ml) 
  • ½ bag of cane sugar
  • 100 ml of fresh orange juice
  • 1 drop of vanilla extract
  • 20 ml vanilla syrup
  • crushed ice
  • 4 ice blocks
  • 1 slice of orange
  • 2 shakers
  • Straw

How to prepare

Add the orange juice, the vanilla syrup and two ice cubes to the shaker and shake well. Put some crushed ice in a glass and pour the mixture without the ice cubes from the shaker into the glass. Add the vanilla extract and two ice cubes in the second shaker. Add the cane sugar in a cup and make an espresso (40 ml). Pour the coffee into the second shaker and shake well. Carefully pour the coffee into the recipe glass without the ice cubes. Garnish with a slice of orange. Enjoy!
